Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to reschedule or cancel. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify us at treasuredsoulessentials@gmail.com as soon as possible to reschedule.
All appointments will require a
nonrefundable retainer of 40% of the service amount in order to book. The retainer will go towards the total amount of your service, with the remaining balance to be paid by cash or card at the time of your service. If appointments are cancelled within 24hrs, a studio credit will be issued.
If you do not show up to your scheduled appointment and there is no
communication, this will be
considered a NO CALL, NO SHOW and you will lose your retainer.
Each appointment time is given a 10 minute
grace period. After the grace period, your
appointment will be considered a cancellation.
